Iffah got an ingenious idea during Chemistry, using the little envelopes Sabrini gave out for campaigns this week. She sent it to Nazia, way across the lab ...

There was a fifty cent coin inside. xD

When we got the envelope back, the fifty cents were gone.
We got all excited contemplating what evil deeds we could get Nazia to do since that she was being controlled by us through the coin-
-until Sophie sent her own envelope over with the coin inside.
There goes our leverage. Dang. xD

Went to Sunway University College for the English Cornucopia event last Saturday. It was alright, had quite a bit of fun. Laksh and I came up with silly terms during lunch:

Laksh: Lameness is the essence of life.
Me: So lameology is the study of the essence of life?
Laksh: Dr. Sara (insert full name here), PhD in Lamology! Whoo!

Yup, there you have it. The new random word of the moment: Lameology.

But all this stuff on visiting universities and listening to lectures ... makes me think more of next year than I should. I mean, SPM is just around the corner, and I'm definitely far from prepared, but I'm still restless about what I'm going to do next year. On one hand, I do want to go into designing; but I want to take communications too, because it'll give me more options to go on.

Hey ... typing this has just given me a Thought. Hmm. *mulls it over*

Another to the list

Well what can I say? I'm a sucker for proving myself wrong.

I can hear you say it, yes I can ... especially you two, Nad, Hannah. xD You all know about my dislike for anime. So what's with all this anime-watching lately? First Blood+ (I blame Tarsha) and now Death Note (I blame deviantArt)?

But, it is nice to be proven wrong, at least on these two occasions anyway. DN, I have to say, is very pretty. I found myself pausing the YouTube vids so I could randomly sketch stuff into my sketchbooks.

So yes, I was enjoying myself immensely for the past week or so. Watching two brainiacs battle it out in their minds against each other? It was like reading Artemis Fowl, except that there're a whole lot more lives at stake, there aren't so many jokes, and there're two of them.
I was pretty much wrapped up in this. I really wanted something to keep my mind off of the upcoming Avatar episodes (gah, taking too long). I managed to get to episode 34 this evening, then I searched for 35 ...

And it's not there.
There is no English-dubbed episode 35.

Turns out that I'll have to wait again after all. In the meantime ... I want to find something else to watch. Anime, I mean. Something that's pretty and doesn't make me wanna cry everytime I see the pointy limbs, legs the length of the twin towers and eyes that could easily pass for other-worldly dimension portals.

Other news, I've completed Unnamed Story Draft version 2.0. Now all I've gotta do is re-write it all in text that is actually recognisable to human eyes, clean up the rough edges and actually start on the journey of producing this thing.
I'm really excited. I've been waiting for a story idea like this since I was 10.

Messing around with Bamboo again. This was lots of fun. I'm hoping to get most of my other characters done this way too.
These are two from that one story idea I've been carrying around in my head for the past month. I've actually got the whole thing planned out now, thanks to Mira. xD She gave me the missing piece I've been looking for the past week.
So yeah. Elizar and Lusia. Both my characters. No stealing. :D

On another note, school starts again in two days. Lovely. *forced smile* I really miss everyone, I miss all my friends, I miss talking to everybody ... but I really, really don't want to go back to SPM madness.
It's catching up with me.

In fact, I'm not even sure what to say now.

I also rode a horse, Legion. Beautiful mare. Wasn't just any horse ride - Mama talked to the guy holding Legion and asked what's the point of riding if you don't send the horse into a canter. So I got to ride a jogging horse! Very bumpy. My butt kept lifting off the saddle. Thighs ached afterwards. But all worth it.
